In our next two episodes, Norman Thurecht talks with Murray Fry, previous partner and Sarah Baker, current partner of Camperdown Pharmacy in Victoria about the transition of ownership. Murray entered his ownership of pharmacy via partnership and saw it as a suitable method to exit. Sarah’s story is equally interesting in that she was not certain about ownership at the beginning of her career but was engaged with Camperdown Pharmacy being a local. Sarah enjoyed the retail pharmacy environment and her career progressed through to ownership as part of a succession plan for Murray.
In these episodes we discuss how Murray found Sarah and then their work together both as pharmacists through to partnership in the pharmacy.
